You’re doing it! Hooray! In Part 2, we will take on the past—yes, the past! It’s important to know where you’ve been in order to get clear on where you’re headed. Together we’ll work through the Cultivated Life Evaluation, choose three areas to focus on in the season ahead, and examine limiting beliefs that might be holding you back. Ready? Let’s go!

Tell us! What do you most want to cultivate in 2023? We can’t wait to hear!

In 2023, I’m choosing to cultivate my Home – finally going to take major steps to make this house into my HOME, my Health & Wellness – going to get back to my ideal weight and shed off those pandemic pounds!, and my Vocation (Work & Learning) – this is certainly an area that needs lots of TLC tending and cultivating but I’m sure it will be worth it! I’ve got my hands full for 2023 😅!!! One thing I’ve learnt from using my PowerSheets (this is my 8th year!) is that those little steps are really what keeps me moving forward towards my goals and am so grateful for the big things that those little steps have added up to in 2022! Now I’m looking forward to continuing that journey into 2023 🥳

The part about inner critic was hard but so so good! Really clearing away all blockages for a fresh new year!

For 2023, I’m choosing to focus on cultivating my life in my finances, fun & recreation, and health & wellness. This is my first year with power sheets, but I think if I focus on these three, they will have kind of like a domino effect on the rest of the areas of my life and improve those too. We’ll see if that works out!

I like the idea of the domino effect…great visual picture!

i love this idea. I also was thinking this way. If i can focus on a few, then i think a lot of other areas will fall into place.

In 2023, I want most to cultivate my relationship with my significant other. The past 1.5-2 years have been really tough on our relationship. We have been bickering a lot and not appreciating each other on a regular basis. I want to rebuild the intimacy that we used to have in our relationship before life smacked us down.

Gosh, me too Mary! For me, I think this might be the domino like the others were talking about, helping home things fall back into place.

This is my first year using PowerSheets and I’m enjoying digging in! I’ve chosen family, health and home as my focus for this year. Excited to see the progress we’ll all make in 2023!

This year, I am working on Finances, Family and Health. I think these three areas can make a HUGE impact. I even need some things to work with Finances so that i can pay for the fun! haha It was hard going through the inner critic and seeing what was blocking you. But i am so glad it did!

This year I really took a hit,, everything basically lost at least a couple points but in some cases the area went down by 5+ points(calling it points is okay right?) Anyways, decided to focus on Health and wellness, finances and, home and spaces. With some smaller goals/habits in both community and personal growth. All three of my main goal will support minor growth in other areas,or set up a foundation for growth

For 2023, I want to take a step back from the hustle & grind I’ve been chasing for years. So, I plan to start by focusing on my health & wellness, my finances, and my home & spaces. I think that if I improve my health & wellness, I won’t feel the need to spend money on unnecessary things and have a better shot at reducing debt and managing my money. I think feeling good about myself and my financial situation will help me get inspired to clean, organize, and clear out the clutter in my home & office spaces. In all, I see this ending up in a positive feedback loop. Cheers to 2023!

This section helped me realize my challenges later turned into strength. Refinement in a way. It was a hard section to work through- but it was good to see where I started and where I’m ending throughout the year.

I want to cultivate rhythms and routines that are sustainable, grounding, and life-giving. The end of 2022 I felt like I was swamped and letting life happen rather than being proactive in making things happen. So I am hoping to anchor my days better in 2023 with routines and seasonal rhythms to help me not get swept up with regular life craziness

For 2023, my focus will be on Health + Wellness, Fun + Recreation, and Work + Learning. These three areas will help with some of the other areas on the worksheet.

This was so hard to choose between all the different areas! I was so thankful they gave the option of “for 90 days”- that made me feel more relaxed and it is so true we can’t do everything all at once : ) For the first 90 days of 2023 I am focusing on Health and Wellness, Spiritual and Personal Growth, and Home and Spaces.

My family! Not only did I get married in 2023, but we had our first child as well! I’m excited for this new stage of being a wife and mom. I want to cultivate a strong, loving marriage with Christ in the center. I want to start building the foundation for my daughter to know and love God. I’d also like to prioritize our finances, my health and wellness, and our community!

I will cultivate health-I am 100 pounds overnight, and an emotional eater. I will cultivate spiritual and personal growth- I am in Celebrate Recovery and am working on codependency, eating habits and control issues. I will cultivate community, both in the full time ministry we live and serve in as well as a new church we have been attending.

First time doing Cultivate What Matters! I’m excited. Just got my tools in the mail and ready to start! I chose Family, Faith and Home. Last year I did Health and Wellness on my own and improved so much. With help, I know I’ll go even further this year.
