Is there a way to see what the titles for the 4 quadrants are? The video stopped at 2 quadrants?? One of my small steps is to make a list (that I can always add on to) of all my favorite healthy dishes and snacks. I will refer back to this when I start craving for unhealthy food and allow myself to pick any item from this list and eat as much of it as I want. This is still better than the alternative unhealthy choice!

Splendid idea on making a healthy dining list for reference when one’s mind wants to fixate on what is, ahem, not so healthy!

I’m guessing the bottom half was “not important.” It looks like an example using the Eisenhower Matrix.

The quadrants are as follows:

  • Quadrant 1: Urgent and important.
  • Quadrant 2: Not urgent yet important.
  • Quadrant 3: Urgent but not important.
  • Quadrant 4: Not urgent and not important.

Planning and re-evaluating, when needed, to see if the steps are small enough for the time I have to work on them, or if they need to be broken down even more.

I’m going to delete all the apps on my phone that distract me and take up my time.

I am going to hold all these plans loosely and keep re-evaluating to make sure the plan is really helping me and not beat myself up if I can’t do everything or I need to change and revise my goals- this is my first time and so I probably won’t get it all right on the first try!
